Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork
Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the dharma have been central to my life for almost 30 years, and I am a daily practitioner. I am trained in, practice, and teach in a wide variety of yogic traditions, including Ashtanga, 'Power,' Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini. I offer practices for everyone, of all 'levels,' ages, and capacities, including chair practice for those with injury or limited mobility, who might be unable to come down to a yoga mat on the floor. I am also an upholder of the Buddha Dharma, and offer a weekly study & practice group, as well as specialty classes and groups throughout the year.
Offerings:

Online classes, workshops and master classes as well as private instruction. There is also the possibility of in-person sessions for those local to Amesbury, Massachusetts.

Mindfulness meditation instruction & practice groups.

Sitting groups free of charge, during the year, for community support in mindfulness meditation practice.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

Mindfulness of eating and nourishment classes and workshops.

Basic breathwork practices, and Somatotropic Breathwork sessions (note that Somatotropic sessions require a brief interview prior to scheduling and include one post-breathwork integration session).

The 40-Day Sadhana Challenge! Daily morning yoga practice, Sadhana, includes breathwork, movement sequences, postures, sound, and active meditation. (See events page).

I am also the guiding teacher for Sunday Sangha, a Mindful Recovery practice and study group, grounded in the interconnection between mindfulness meditation and practice and the spiritual principles of recovery.

**Note that there is no participation with insurance companies, all sessions are private pay. Needs-based sliding scale may be possible, please inquire.

Yoga is not something we do. Yoga is who we are, and the intentional practices--breathwork, movement, postures, mantra, meditation--
all serve to guide us ever more clearly home.
