About the event
Over the course of 5 weeks, we will explore and engage in core mindfulness skills and practices, aimed toward a relational shift in our eating patterns and our relationship with food.
Each week will include inquiry and experiential practices, building skills, and reconnecting with our own wisdom; group processing is an option--every participant gets to decide the level at which they can or will engage.
The course includes educational material for exploration, contemplative exercises, practice with food and drink, as well as simple somatic and energy exploration exercises. This is a mind/body/spirit program.
No prior experience with mindfulness is needed.
What you do need: a device with a camera (and agree to be present, on-camera for the series, in honor of safey and connection); a notebook and pen or pencil; a space in which you have privacy for the weekly group meetings.
